Aria and the CountrySide

aria-and-the-countrysideThis story takes place in “The CountrySide”, an alternate world which humans can only visit in their dreams.

Mr. Woody (from The Zeke and Lily Saga), the dream elf who appears in Lily’s dreams, teaches a class of young dream elflings, preparing them for the day they make their human connections and begin to appear in humans’ dreams.

A dream elf’s job is to connect with a human through dreams and guide that human through the most difficult times in their life.

Aria is a dream elf who has not discovered her human connection yet.  There is a lot of mystery surrounding her since she was born with braided red hair.  This is believed to mean she is special in some way from all the others.  But no one knows the meaning, not even her.

Along her journey, she learns who she is and falls in love with a dream elf named Neph.  From nights in the forest to dances with unicorns to diving for magic pearls in the great lake, she falls head-over-heels for Neph, learning so much about herself along the way.

When she finally discovers her human connection, she is immediately sent into his dreams to prevent a catastrophe from unfolding.

Join Mr. Woody, Aria, Neph, a whole community of dream elves and even the appearances of Zeke and Lily (through dream sequences) as this fairy tale shows that the key to knowing yourself is to believe in who you are all ready.

There’s more to this story than meets the eye as it possesses a bit of information necessary to understanding the conclusion to Zeke and Lily: Dream Catching.

here is a little story about what the right thoughts can make you realize about yourself.

—————

The Feeling She Had Inside –

Neph at patiently on the very same tree limb where he watched Aria and Mr. Woody float up into the Heavens a short while ago.  The entire CountrySide hadn’t quieted down a bit with the setting sun, the sounds of the festival continuing to fill the air around him as if they wouldn’t let up until dawn.

It was his uncle – Mr. Woody who had founded The CountrySide, another world separate from the human realm where dream elves resided, waiting for their human counterparts to fall asleep and dream.

There were many dream elves who lived in the CountrySide, but none more mystical than Aria – the shy little elf girl who was born with braided hair.  There was something special about her because of her braided hair but she had no idea what it was.  She also had no idea who her human counterpart was and because of this, she lacked self-esteem.

None of the dream elves knew who their human counterparts were and upon birth as an elf, attended classes in the treetop schoolhouse to learn how to discover who they were connected to in the human world.

Her name … Aria, had been given to her by Mr. Woody, a slightly older elf who spoke with an accent. It was he who had given every elf a name, having realized the importance of having a name – an understanding given to him by his human counterpart.

Everybody remembered the day of Aria’s birth vividly. It was only a few months ago. She was nestled inside a flower by the edge of the lake in the middle of the countryside. Curled up in a ball, she remembered the very moment Mr. Woody peeled back the petals and allowed the moonlight to beam upon her. It was that moonlight which contained the dream of a human and when the beams touched Aria, she was connected to that human for life.

Now, she just had to figure out who that human was.  And as she returned from the Heavenly flight with Mr. Woody, Aria was filled with such new excitement.

The Signature

I sometimes get an ear-full from people who tell me that it is wrong for me to be selling ABDL ebooks and that, instead, I should just be posting them online – making them free for all to read.

I thought a lot about that over the past four years of doing this ebook thing.  And the conclusion I came to is that, despite the fact that I sell ABDL ebooks, I have always posted enormous amounts of free samples.  Much to the chagrin of several publicists I’ve been in touch with about marketing, I believe I will always post free samples.

Selling ebooks doesn’t make me rich.  I’ll admit that I haven’t had to look hard to find the money each month to pay the cell phone company and the cable company, but by no means am I swimming in cash because I put a bunch of diaper stories on Amazon.

It’s a bit of a dream, I suppose, that one day I just might write something so popular as the 50 Shades books.  And after that, I wouldn’t need to worry much about money anymore.  But even at that point, free samples would still need to be a part of the practice.

Thinking back on the now-completed signature series, The Zeke and Lily Saga, I remember when I first started writing it.  I remember who the character of Lily was based off of.  But more than anything else, I remember where that series, as well as everything I have written, was born … in my heart.

And I also remember all the samples I gave out along the way:

Though the signature series is complete, there are so many other stories yet to come.  Zeke and Lily were merely the beginning but will always remain at the center of my heart.  Their stories are the ones I lived.
Other stories I simply write, but all of them … I feel.  And every word will always be a piece of my heart..

Lucy

LucyThis is the tale of Lucy, a young 20-something girl who has forgotten how to dream, but little does she realize, her whole world is about to change.  Beginning with the completion of: “To Sleep, Perchance to Dream”, Lucy awakens and enters into a series of events that present to her the self-truth she never knew, ushering in a return to an innocence she had long since forgotten.

When we discover a truth about ourselves, such as the connection we feel to a fetish, it can be scary at first.  Lucy feels this way as she learns that ABDL are four letters her heart has always known and her soul has always been looking for.  With the help of a few dream elves, Lucy boldly enters a world most would consider to be off-the-beaten path.  But what she finds is the pathway she was destined to travel one day.

This book is the tale of a journey of self-awareness, beginning as an enigma and ending with euphoria as Lucy becomes the BabyGirl she was always meant to be.

Zeke and Lily: By Summer’s End

Zeke and Lily - By Summer's EndIt’s late April. Zeke & Lily return for a summer they won’t see again for quite a few years to come.

In the past, they addressed the challenges thrown their way with a broader imagination of what life could hold if they didn’t chop it up along the way.  But this summer is different and as life continues to move forward, they suddenly find themselves with limited time and only a few pages left before this chapter of their lives ends and the next one begins.

Lily is now pregnant and their daughter will be born in the fall.  Until then, Lily’s chemo treatments will be halted and her health will be at risk.  But she’s determined to become a mother, even if it kills her.

From a doctor’s visit as well as from her own over-active mind, she decides to make a To-Do list of things she always wanted to do with Zeke before they became parents.

Join Zeke and Lily as they prepare for the future by tying up the loose ends of the past.  And along the way, Lily tries to complete her list … By Summer’s End.

Here is a bedtime story about the power of a girl’s love.

———————————

“Lily of the Forest”

“So, are you ready for a story?” Zeke asked, sitting on the edge of the couch and looking down at Lily, dressed for bed and eager to be entertained by one of his silly imaginative tales.

Lily nodded, smiling sweetly behind her pacifier and sitting up on the couch, waiting patiently for her bedtime story like a good girl.

Somewhere tucked between the dreams we remember and the dreams yet to come, there is a forest where dreams are kept until they are made,” he began, taking the blanket down from off the back of the sofa and spreading it out on the cushion.  “Dream elves run about this forest, keeping all the still-undreamt memories together.  But within this forest there is a sprite that connects every living creature to its dreams.  Her name is Lily.”

When Mr. Woody helped Lily put it all together

Mr. Woody is a dream elf and the creation of Lily, an AB Girl with a vivid imagination.  As she dreamt more and more, Mr. Woody became her counselor, her friend and her creation.

This is the story of the night they put her past together with her future.

———————————————

When Mr. Woody helped Lily put it all together –

A loud and obnoxious clearing of the throat was heard, followed by laughter.  Lily opened her eyes at the sounds, lifting her head up and squinting at the flickering light from the television behind her as it reflected off the ceiling and walls.  She was still lying on Zeke’s chest on the floor in the middle of the living room.  Athos and Porthos had each snuggled along either side of his head, purring in unison into his ears.  Pretzel had nestled herself under his left arm and Aramis had curled up with Pretzel.  But where was little D’Artagnan?  And what time of night was it?  And who just cleared their throat?  And who was now laughing?
